Abstract

 In this article is discussed the lexical features of folklore.  The history of the origin of folklore, famous figures and examples of their work are given. The stages of development of folklore are also discussed in detail. The term folklore or folklore, used in the scientific literature, includes examples of folklore that have been around for centuries. Folklore is closely connected with dialectology, history, ethnography, and archeology. The most important feature of fiction is the figurative depiction of human life in artistic form. Folklore, as an integral part of fiction, also expresses the centuries-old life, struggle and aspirations of the people.
